Community Rehabilitation Assistant (Home & Outpatient)

Surrey Downs Health & Care in Leatherhead is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Community Therapy Team. You will work primarily with Physiotherapists and will also support OT and nursing staff, delivering rehabilitation in outpatient settings, patients’ homes, and other community environments.

Full training is provided; car owner/driver and strong communication skills are essential. Prior community-based experience is beneficial, but not required.
