Community Care Support Worker – Part-Time

Peterborough City Council invites applications for a part-time role based primarily in the community, with some home and office-based work. You will conduct Care Act assessments, care reviews and carer reviews, screen referrals, and build links with partner agencies to support adults in Peterborough.
