Sales Growth Manager – Lead Training & Multi-Trade Teams

Southern Home Services is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team and deliver hands-on training across HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.

You will develop sales strategies, manage dispatch and resources, monitor KPIs, and recruit and mentor staff. This exempt, full-time role requires willingness to work nights and weekends as needed and a strong drive to exceed targets.
