Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail Systems

Join an established national rail contractor and work on a strong pipeline of rail infrastructure projects across Wales, London and the South of England.

• Electrification and E&P projects
• M&E schemes and signalling
• Telecoms and power renewals
• Station and lineside improvements

Key responsibilities

• Monthly CVRs, forecasts and cashflows
• Payment applications, valuations and final accounts
• Subcontract procurement and accounts
• Compensation events, variations and change control
• Commercial risk and project reporting

Candidate requirements

• Quantity surveying experience in rail / infrastructure
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• CVR, forecasting and reporting skills
• Rail contracting or Network Rail exposure preferred
