Onboarding & People Ops Specialist – Maternity

Inizio is seeking a People Operations Specialist on Onboarding (Maternity Cover) to manage the end-to-end new hire journey. You will process hires in Workday and Greenhouse, monitor tasks in Service Now, and drive a seamless candidate experience from offer through induction.

The role focuses on background checks, RTW compliance, visa/documentation accuracy, and timely payroll alignment, while building strong relationships with colleagues and candidates throughout the onboarding journey.
