Overview
In this role you own the GTM automation domain end-to-end, building AI-powered pipelines and tools that move ARR faster with minimal manual work. You’ll shape the architecture, choose build-vs-buy options, and manage vendor relationships to support a scalable commercial motion. You work closely with the Growth team to deploy production systems, monitor adoption and KPIs, and ensure reliable, observable deployments. This is a high-impact, product-driven engineering role where AI is central to the offering, not a mere productivity layer. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate pain points into robust technical solutions.
