Precision Sheet Metal Technician – Fine Limit & QA Focus

Morgan Jones Limited is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker in Staplehurst for a permanent day shift. You will manufacture precision sheet metal components from engineering drawings, using a range of fabrication techniques in a clean, quality-conscious environment.

You’ll work on fine-limit fabrication, read drawings, perform deburring and drilling, spot weld where required, and contribute to continuous improvement across production. TIG welding experience is beneficial but not essential.
