Associate Director, Building Surveying – Lead & Grow Clients

Macdonald & Company is seeking an Associate Director Building Surveyor to join its London team. The role combines technical Building Surveying expertise with leadership and commercial responsibility, delivering services and leading projects from instruction to completion.

We are looking for MRICS professionals with 5+ years PQE, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to develop client relationships. CAD/BIM experience is a plus but not essential.
