Clinical Team Leader – Mental Health Front Door Lead

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for the Initial Response Service in Norwich. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide rapid access to mental health care, combining clinical expertise with operational leadership to shape the front door to mental health services.

The role requires RMN, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, with significant leadership experience in mental health settings.
