Job Description:
Forward Trust is recruiting a Rough Sleeper Recovery Worker to support adults 18+ experiencing homelessness in Canterbury. You will work within the Rough Sleepers Initiative to help clients access accommodation, treatment and wider health and housing services.
You will carry a small caseload, deliver person-centred interventions using harm reduction and recovery approaches, and collaborate with outreach workers to build pathways into services.
