Autonomous School Outreach Specialist (Term-Time)

Bishop’s Hatfield Girls’ School is seeking an Outreach Practitioner to work with learners across Dacorum. You will manage a personal caseload and deliver targeted interventions within various schools to support engagement and reduce barriers to learning.

You will build strong relationships with learners, families and school staff, working autonomously while collaborating with an experienced outreach team. A driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
