AI Product Delivery Advisor

Overview

In this role you will drive the delivery and operation of the Innovation & AI portfolio, guiding initiatives from idea through pilot, launch, adoption and ongoing improvement. You’ll collaborate with lawyers, business services and tech teams to translate workflows into concrete requirements and delivery plans. You will own delivery workstreams, governance and adoption, ensuring solutions create measurable value. Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Innovation & AI intake and pipeline process with stakeholders to define next steps
• Lead operational delivery of defined AI and legal tech initiatives from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and prioritised scope to ensure value
• Oversee the Innovation & AI portfolio, tracking priorities, progress, risks and dependencies
• Interface with lawyers, AI colleagues, technical teams and vendors to manage cross-functional dependencies
• Lead pilots, testing and product validation, define success measures and translate findings into actions
• Drive launch, adoption and continuous improvement of AI and legal tech solutions with readiness and stakeholder engagement
• Own and improve governance and processes across IT, OGC, Procurement, Solutions/Helix and Practice Groups to scale AI use

Key requirements

• Experience in operations, project or product delivery, business analysis, innovation or related roles
• Ability to own workstreams and drive initiatives to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate workflows into requirements
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with multiple initiatives
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across legal, business and tech teams
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and determine practical steps
• Comfort with data, reporting and using insights for decision-making
• Understanding of how technology products are designed and delivered
• Ownership-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
• Practical interest in AI, innovation and legal technology
• experience in professional services or legal environments (preferred)
• experience with Agile delivery methodologies (preferred)
• experience with governance, risk, procurement or information security processes (preferred)
• experience with product management tools (preferred)
• relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, law, technology or related field (preferred)
