Field Sales Executive – Engineering & MRO

Hayley Group, through Hayley Dexis, is seeking an External Sales Executive for the Sheffield branch. This full-time role focuses on external sales, with travel across South Yorkshire and Northeast Derbyshire. You’ll build relationships with existing customers and actively pursue new opportunities.

We work across engineering, manufacturing, and related sectors. The successful candidate will be driven, confident in cold calling, and thrive on autonomy and delivering sales results.
