Senior TIG Welder & Team Lead – Tubular Stainless

A259 Recruitment is seeking a specialist TIG welder for our engineering client’s Lancing facility to perform precision TIG welding on tubular stainless and aluminium materials and deliver high-quality finishes.

The role begins with a 12-week contract, 40-hour weeks (Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–14:00) with overtime paid time-and-a-half after 40 hours; potential permanent placement based on trial performance.
