Overview:We’re looking for someone practical and capable who is comfortable across quality, stock and production coordination rather than a pure QC or pure warehouse person.Duties:Checking inbound and packed fruit, understanding customer specifications, spotting deterioration or defects, issuing QC reports and escalating issues quickly.Maintaining accurate stock visibility by product, grower, lot, age and allocation, and flagging ageing or excess stock before it becomes a problem.Working day to day with the packhouse team to ensure clear visibility on what is being packed, when, for which customer, and whether anything is going off plan.Checking labels, pallet builds, quantities and customer requirements before dispatch. – Proactively updating the team on what is physically happening rather than waiting to be asked.Skills:
