Delivery AI Product Analyst, United Kingdom – BCG X

Overview

In this role you will help commercialize BCG’s proprietary data and software assets by working with product managers and senior leaders to shape product strategy from business case to roadmap. You’ll contribute to AI-native ways of working, leveraging a cross-functional team to deliver scalable product solutions for clients. You will act as a thought partner, translating complex needs into actionable product decisions and reusable knowledge assets. This is a chance to impact large-scale transformations at a global firm with a strong AI and product focus.

Responsibilities

• Co-own product roadmap with Product Manager aligned to business goals and user needs
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and incorporate market/client feedback to improve the product
• Gather requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria
• Build personas and prototype with UI/UX team using AI design tools
• Run Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to keep features shipping on time
• Communicate across engineering and business stakeholders to keep decisions feasible
• Maintain release notes, user guides, and progress updates
• Define client problems early and shape solutions using PMI methodologies
• Lead demos and training for case teams and client users
• Triage client issues with Engineering and Support and ensure resolution
• Convert case learnings into proprietary assets for roadmap
• Set up AI harness and maintain knowledge bases and tool connectors
• Create reusable AI workflows and prompts for dashboards and outputs
• Coach teams on AI dashboards and data structuring via prompts
• Test new AI tools/models and recommend adoption

Key requirements

• 2-3 years of consulting or 3-4 years in industry in a SaaS product role
• Exposure to transformation/change management or PMI
• Understanding of P&L and balance sheet KPIs
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel financial modelling
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery
• Experience with LLMs and AI tools including prompt engineering
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder influencing skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and track record of meeting stretch goals
• Ability to work independently and in distributed teams
