This is a senior leadership role in a small charity working across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. We’re looking for someone with senior charity leadership experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the vision to lead our fundraising strategy.
Job location (usual place of work): OXFORD (HYBRID)
Contract is: Permanent
The Executive Director will lead the day-to-day running of the charity, reporting to and liaising with the Board of Trustees to ensure the implementation of decisions made by them, providing support to staff and volunteers, representing and promoting the work of the charity and ensuring the delivery of the services they provide.
