Lead Residential Support Worker: Sign Language & Team Lead

Heathlands School is seeking a full-time Lead Residential Support Worker to manage the residential department for deaf children aged 3–18 near St Albans. The role requires NVQ3 in Child Care, experience in a residential setting, and proficiency in sign language. An enhanced DBS check is required.

The position includes on-site accommodation and salary according to H6/H7 scales, with sleep-in allowances and unsocial-hour pay where applicable.
