Senior Care Support Leader – Lead, Coach & Elevate Care

Kingsley Healthcare in East Suffolk is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and support residents’ daily needs, safeguard dignity, and promote independence through person-centered care.

You will conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, contribute to care planning, and coach support workers to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Reports to Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Nurse.
