Supported Living Housing Assistant

Salary: £24,479.00 per annum (£13.45 per hour)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, worked on a rota basis

Location: Leylands Estate, Derby

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our established Supported Living team at our Leylands Estate in Derby.

Working in a busy office environment, you will provide intensive housing management support to residents, helping them achieve greater independence while promoting their wellbeing and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting responsive visits to residents and carrying out assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs.
• Working closely with the Estate Manager and wider team to identify and resolve issues using solution-focused and person-centred approaches.
• Supporting residents to maintain their independence and access appropriate services where needed.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of social events and activities for residents across the estate.
