Conveyancing Team Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead and develop a residential conveyancing team within a Leeds-based specialist property law firm. You will oversee high-volume caseloads, provide technical guidance on complex matters, and train junior and mid-level staff to support national property work. Your expertise will ensure smooth operation of volume residential transactions and support colleagues on high-value files. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes team capability and service quality in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues to maintain a strong reputation for reliable, expert conveyancing delivery.

Key requirements

• Experience in managing and training junior staff
• Strong background in volume residential property conveyancing
• Ability to handle technical issues arising from high-volume workloads
• Open to CLC-Qualified Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Solicitors
