Trauma-Informed Children’s Support Worker

Paragon Social Care Limited is recruiting Children’s Support Workers across the West Midlands. You will provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to vulnerable children, build positive relationships, support education and life skills, and advocate for their voice. A driving licence and access to a car help when transporting young people to activities.

A flexible agency role with training, DBS checks, and opportunities for progression are offered; weekend and night shifts may be required.
