Resident Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator

Moat House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance residents’ wellbeing through engaging, person-centred activities and social interactions. You will plan, organise and deliver a varied programme for residents, reflecting individual interests and abilities, with a focus on independence and inclusion.

You will follow Health & Safety and infection prevention procedures, maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team.
