Senior Community District Nurse – Triage Lead (Band 6)

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Community District Nursing Triage Nurse to join the Leigh District Nursing Triage Team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, carers, and professionals, coordinating timely assessments and prioritisation of visits.

You will work autonomously alongside another band 6 triage leader, ensuring patients are seen by the right person with the right skills at the right time, with occasional face‑to‑face care as needed.
