Plymouth-based production team leader role in a high-precision manufacturing business. £36,000 – £42,000 including 20% shift allowance, 2-shift pattern (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm), Monday to Friday.
You will lead a team, drive health, safety, quality and continuous improvement while reporting to the Production Manager. You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Planning to deliver production plans, optimise processes and develop staff through coaching and 1:1s.
