Senior Product Manager – Global Credit Operations (EMEA)

Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Global Credit Operations in EMEA, you drive the regional execution of global product strategy, focusing on credit and loan lifecycle capabilities. You will collaborate with product, operations, risk, and technology teams to implement AI-enabled solutions and ensure regulatory and market needs are reflected. Responsibilities

• Support the global product vision and roadmap for GCO with an emphasis on EMEA priorities
• Translate global direction into EMEA-ready features, user stories, and backlog items
• Collaborate with lead Product Owner/Manager to refine the backlog and ensure clarity for delivery
• Work with EMEA Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to capture regional requirements and constraints
• Support rollout of AI-enabled capabilities in EMEA credit operations (document processing, exception handling, controls automation, human-in-the-loop workflows)
• Contribute to scope and sequencing discussions balancing value, risk, and delivery capacity
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery readiness
• Review delivered functionality for alignment with EMEA regulatory and operational needs
• Act as liaison between global product teams, IT, and EMEA stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption

Key requirements

• Understanding of Loan IQ functionality including solution design, data model, and end-to-end platform testing
• Experience in Agile or scaled Agile environments
• Experience supporting Product Owners/Managers in enterprise or financial services
• Working knowledge of Global Credit Operations, Trade Finance, or related banking operations within EMEA
• Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven solutions in regulated settings
• Strong ability to organize complex information and produce high-quality documentation
• Experience working in a global, matrixed delivery model
• Clear and thoughtful communication connecting global plans with regional needs
