Deputy Manager, Children’s Home – Lead Care & Teams

Compass Community is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, child-centred care in a residential setting.

Ideal candidates are experienced Senior Residential Workers or current Deputy Managers with leadership ambitions, a valid NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a minimum two years in residential childcare. A full UK driving licence is required.
