Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Overview

In this role you will own compensation, equity, and commissions across Motorway, partnering with the CPO, People, Finance, and senior leadership. You will shape scalable rewards structures, leverage AI tooling to drive insights, and ensure rewarding, compliant programs aligned with growth. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a fast-growing scale-up where you help build a rewards function that scales with the business.

Responsibilities

• Own market pricing and pay benchmarking through surveys and job matching
• Implement and maintain salary bands via the new job architecture, leveraging AI tooling
• Run the annual merit cycle and gender pay gap reporting in collaboration with CPO, People Partners, and Finance
• Maintain HRIS accuracy (Humaans) and create dashboards translating compensation data into decisions
• Manage employee equity plans (EMI, unapproved options) and monitor cap table dynamics and burn
• Develop equity plans with senior leadership and deliver awards from planning to execution
• Audit and refine commission plans to drive sustainable behaviors and long-term success
• Collaborate with People Partners and Finance on commission analyses, policy, and communications

Key requirements

• Solid grounding in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or reward experience (equity and/or commission experience desirable)
• Hands-on user of AI tools for data analysis, dashboards, and recommendations
• Comfortable in a small, impact-driven team and willing to take on varied tasks
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Clear communicator who partners across People, Finance, and the business
