Matchtech seeks a Mechanical Engineering Training Officer to support apprentices through teaching, assessment and mentoring. The role covers in-centre and workplace delivery, learner progression from initial assessment to EPA, and building strong employer engagement.

You will plan schemes of work, assess progress, and provide feedback while ensuring safeguarding and quality standards are met. A key focus is continuous CPD and adherence to apprenticeship standards.
