NEAT Academy Trust is seeking a Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED) Lead for the Tyneside Early Years Practice Hub. This secondment role drives high-quality practice across Gateshead, Newcastle and North Tyneside, coaching educators and coordinating CPD.
The post supports a regional network, evidence-based frameworks, and expert-led training. Secondment reimbursement schemes and DBS requirements apply. Interview dates: 5 November 2026.
