Impactful Children’s Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

Paragon Social Care Limited in the West Midlands is seeking passionate Children”s Support Workers to help vulnerable children in local authority care. You will provide trauma-informed care, build trusting relationships, support education and daily living skills.

A driving license and access to your own car are required, as is DBS clearance or willingness to complete one. Training is provided, with extensive safeguarding and progression opportunities.
