Food Hall Leader: Elevate Customer Experience & Ops

Sainsbury’s Nottingham is seeking an experienced Food Manager to lead frontline teams, drive store standards and ensure excellent customer service across the food hall. You will model high performance, manage in-store operations and coach colleagues to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for scheduling, performance management and compliance, with the autonomy to run the store in the absence of senior management.
