Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Leeds based, Sales & Marketing, US Water Infrastructure team and contribute to our success by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.
What you’ll do and develop:
- Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to negotiating offers and on-boarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a trusted partner in recruitment.
Market that you will cover:
- Our team focus on hiring sales professionals from mid-senior to board level across North America.
- We work with SME’s and global organisations in the Water & Wastewater market.
- Our clients range from manufacturers of Water Infrastructure products or the global companies across Chemicals, Filtration Equipment, Coolers and Chillers, Pumps & Valves and Full Treatment solutions.
- These companies sell into a range of F&B, Data Centres, Municipal, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing markets.
- Your responsibility will be to grow and develop the market; benefiting from our on-going success.
What We Offer:
- £28,000-£35,000 salary + £3,600 Car Allowance
- Up to 40% Commission (Uncapped earning potential paid monthly, quarterly and annual top ups to a guaranteed level)
