SaaS Contracts Lead: Build Our First Global Function

Preservica is seeking a hands-on Commercial Contracts Manager to own contract review, negotiation, administration and legal operations across its growing SaaS business. The role reports to the CFO and is the first dedicated hire in this function, creating processes, templates, governance and tooling for scalable growth.

You’ll negotiate with customers, suppliers and partners, build playbooks, and ensure risk-aware commercial decisions across global activities, including UK and US.
