Head of Sales — Founder‑Level Revenue Builder (Remote)

Allcares is a founder-led group of B2B software companies serving private wealth and governance. We seek a Group Head of Sales to own revenue across a small portfolio, fix bottlenecks, and build a scalable sales engine.

Expect weekly travel to Jersey, Guernsey, London and Switzerland and lead our BD team from day one. You will personally close significant new business, train the team, and deliver a trusted pipeline and forecast.
