Sword Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of approximately 20-30 international enterprise clients. You will act as the senior advisor to stakeholders and lead cross-functional engagement strategies to drive retention and value realization.
This role requires moving from executive strategy to operating detail, diagnosing blockers to customer value, coordinating across Sword, and maintaining a credible customer plan even when ownership is unclear.
