Cars2 Lepas Wakefield is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead the brand-new Wakefield dealership. You will recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team while implementing sales strategies to hit volume, finance, and add-on targets.

You will ensure a premium customer journey, maximise profitability, and align showroom operations with Cars2’s EV-forward, tech-driven approach. UK driving licence required.
