We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to launch and lead a 2-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home supporting young people with EBD and complex needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture, build your own team, drive outstanding care standards, and create positive outcomes for vulnerable young people.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Children’s Residential Registered Manager
- Strong Ofsted knowledge and compliance experience
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Passion for safeguarding and improving young lives
