On-Site H&S Advisor – Royston, Immediate Start

NRL Group is seeking a dedicated H&S Advisor for a long-term, on-site contract in Royston. Start ASAP with an initial end date of January 2027 and potential extension. This is a full-time, on-site role under Umbrella (Inside IR35). Salary is negotiable based on experience.

You will provide day-to-day health and safety guidance, conduct site inspections and RAMS drafting, investigate incidents, and lead toolbox talks to promote a safety-first culture on site.
