M&E Manager — Lead Building Systems (Hybrid)

Oxford City Council is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Manager in Oxford on a hybrid basis. You will lead the M&E team, overseeing planning, design, installation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems within OCC’s social housing and commercial buildings, coordinating engineers and contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role focuses on sustaining operational efficiency, safety and sustainability of building infrastructure.
