Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Technical Director to coordinate architectural and engineering design within the regional office. The role includes managing design approvals, budgets, and staff performance to deliver projects that meet planning permissions and building regulations.
You will oversee health and safety implications of design decisions, participate in monthly site visits with the Board, and provide cross-department technical support to Production, Land, Sales, and Commercial teams.
