Hybrid Business Analyst – Drive Change & Stakeholder Impact

The West Bromwich Building Society is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity with 40% office time in West Bromwich. You will define and document business requirements, model processes, and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear acceptance and sign-off.

You will support change initiatives, assist with feasibility studies, and contribute to project initiation and testing activities as part of a collaborative business analysis function.
