Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work across specialist SEN schools in Romford and Waltham Forest. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH, ASD and other needs, building trusting relationships and implementing behaviour strategies.
The role involves supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, collaborating with staff and parents, and helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
