Primary Level 3 TA — Autism Support & Inclusive Learning

The Windmill School in High Barnet is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support autistic pupils in our Early Years & Primary departments. You will work closely with teachers to enable pupils to access the curriculum and develop essential life skills in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

This role focuses on individualized support, positive behaviour guidance and collaboration within a specialist team to help every child reach their full potential.
