Senior Quantity Surveyor: Cost & Contract Leader

Criterion Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our in-house contracting team. You will manage financial and contractual aspects of development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role covers cost control, tender evaluation, procurement, reporting, and risk management across commercial to hotel conversions and mixed-use refurbishments. A strong in-house contracting background is preferred.
