Compliance and Asset Systems Manager

• leading building safety and property compliance across key risk areas
• managing and developing the compliance and business development teams
• overseeing compliance contracts, surveys, risk assessments and remedial works
• maintaining robust asset and compliance data, reporting and audit processes
• managing contractor performance, budgets and procurement activity
• providing professional advice to managers, colleagues and stakeholders

You will have substantial experience of property compliance management within a large or complex organisation, together with strong knowledge of relevant building safety and health and safety legislation. You will also be an effective people manager with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
