In this role you will join a Legal 500 recognised family team in Berkshire to handle a high-quality private family caseload. You will work with an established client base, managing matters such as divorce, financial remedies, nuptial and cohabitation issues, and Children Act work. You’ll combine independent caseload management with collaboration within a skilled team, contributing to the firm’s reputation and client-centric service. Responsibilities

• Manage a high-quality private family caseload including divorce, financial remedy, pre/post-nuptial and separation agreements
• Handle cohabitation disputes and Children Act matters
• Collaborate with an experienced team while maintaining a high degree of independence
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout matters

Key requirements

• At least 4 years PQE
• Strong technical expertise across private family matters
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage own caseload with independence while contributing to the team
