Staff Frontend Engineer: Lead AI-Driven, Scale-Up Frontend

Motorway is hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer in the United Kingdom. You will lead frontend engineering across squads, shaping product strategy with a technically-grounded, commercially-aware view. The stack is TypeScript/React, Next.js, SCSS, SSR, and you will guide AI-enabled development using Kiro and related tools.

You’ll own quality, security, and deployment standards, mentor engineers, and help evolve a design system while driving performance and accessibility across our web properties.
