Service Charge Analyst — Flexible, Data-Driven Rents

Riverside Group in Speke, Liverpool is seeking a Service Charge Analyst to manage all non-social property charges, rents and service charges across Riverside’s portfolio. The role reports to the Head of Service Charge & Rents and requires accurate calculation and timely issue of charges.

The successful candidate will be highly numerate, with degree-level education and strong IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, and will work Mon–Fri 35 hours.
