Lead Support Worker – Autism & Learning Disabilities

Bright Futures Care Ltd in Widnes is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to lead the team on shift and deliver the highest standards of care for five children aged 7-18 with autism and learning disabilities at our large detached home.

You will build strong relationships with the people we support, get to know their interests, help them achieve small and big goals, and guide them through life’s milestones with a person-centred approach.
